* “All rights” indicates the following rights managed by A.F.I. as per its Articles of Association, Regulation and Mandate Contract:
a) right to fair compensation for the reproduction of Phonograms and Videograms made for private and strictly personal use and for non-commercial ends (private copying right” – Art. 71-septies law no. 633/1941 and subsequent modifications);
b) right to authorize the making available to the public of Repertoire in such a way that members of the public may access them from a place and at a time individually chosen by them as per Art. 72 lett. d) law no. 633/1941, as well as the right to authorize the reproduction of Repertoire as per Art. 72 lett. a) L.D.A., where it is functional/necessary to the administration of the Managed Rights;
c) right to remuneration where Repertoire is publicly used and performed/played for profit, by means of cinematography, radio and TV broadcasting, including the communication to the public by satellite, in public places, public establishments and on the occasion of any other public use of Repertoire for profit (Art. 73 law no. 633/1941);
d) right to fair remuneration where public use of Repertoire as per Art. 73 is not for profit (Art. 73-bis law no. 633/1941);
e) right to authorize the cable retransmission of Repertoire (Art. 180-bis law no. 633/1941);
f) exploitation rights of Carriers;
g) similar and/or complementary rights granted by current and/or future national, european and international legislation.
