KEY
*All rights* means the following rights managed by A.F.I. under its Articles of Association, Regulations and Mandate:
a) the right to fair compensation for reproductions of Phonograms and Videograms made by a natural person for private use and for ends that are neither directly or indirectly commercial referred to in Article 71-septies of the ICL;
b) the right to authorize the making available of the Repertoire to the public in such a way that members of the public may access it from a place and at a time individually chosen by them as specified in Article 72 (d) of the ICL, as well as the right to authorize the reproduction of the Repertoire as set out in Article 72 (a) of the ICL, should this be expedient to/necessary for the management of the Managed Rights;
c) the right to remuneration for the use for profit of the Repertoire by means of cinematography, radio and television broadcasting, including communication to the public via satellite, at public dances, in public establishments and on the occasion of any other public use of the Repertoire as specified in Article 73 of the ICL;
d) the right to equitable remuneration when the use of the Repertoire pursuant to (c) above is made for non-profit purposes as specified in Article 73-bis of the ICL;
e) the right to authorize the cable retransmission of the Repertoire as referred to in Article 180-bis of the ICL;
f) the economic rights in the Carriers;
g) similar and/or complementary and/or related rights owing to the Client, in accordance with any applicable laws in force at the time being or in the future in the country of origin or in compliance with international conventions.
