Training courses are organized by A.F.I. and F.I.P.I., trade associations which represent the most important independent record producers. Such courses are intended to meet both need and demand for the new employment areas within the music and entertainment sectors.
The content of training is focused on innovation and new multimedia technologies. Training courses are broken down into four main groups, further divided into 4 modules.
Initial assessment of the candidate's aptitudes
Theoretical classroom (basic skills) and practical (exercises - workshops/projects - operational knowhow) training
Support to the candidate throughout the courses
Internships (companies within the sector - relational skills)

Attendance of at least 75% of the total training hours constitutes a precondition for taking the final exam at the passing of which a post-diploma certificate is issued.
